The Qashqai nameplate has always been a popular one for Nissan and now in its third-generation, the Qashqai aims to continue its success story with its muscular proportions, premium packaging and all-round next level comfort and class.
The exterior design of the all-new Qashqai is undoubtedly striking. Taking center stage up front is a bigger V-Motion front grille which is flanked by LED matrix headlamps which incorporate a new boomerang-style daytime running light design.
Safety and Technology
A wide suite of safety and technology systems ensure safety and peace of mind in the Qashqai and these include Predictive Front Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Aid, Driver Attention Alert and ProPILOT autonomous drive technology.
The Nissan Qashqai is fitted with a host of creature comforts such as full quilted Napa leather seats, NissanConnect suite, 2-tone exterior metallic paint and a 2-tone premium interior.
Engine and Power
The all-new Qashqai range is powered by one engine - a 1.3-litre turbo-charged engine which produces 110kW and 250Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a CVT.
Four Qashqai models are on offer and they are priced as follows:
Nissan Qashqai Visia - R568 200
Nissan Qashqai Acenta monotone - R639 300
Nissan Qashqai Acenta 2 tone - R644 800
Nissan Qashqai Acenta Plus - R670 600
We can't wait to get behind the wheel of the striking new Qashqai to see if it has what it takes to challenge its stiff competition.
