Now with an ever growing demand for electrification in vehicles, the Chinese vehicle manufacturer has decided to introduce a hybrid version of the popular H6 SUV to Mzansi - the H6 Hybrid Electric Vehicle.
Exterior Design
Highlight exterior design features for the H6 HEV include the futuristic LED headlights, gloss black accents on the rear spoiler and a panoramic sunroof. A redesigned and striking front grille and sporty 19-inch Sports alloy wheels round up the exterior design highlights.
Interior Design
The interior is still as luxurious and features smart keyless entry, a 10.25-inch color combination instrument cluster with a customizable head-up display and a 12.3-inch color multi-touchscreen infotainment system.
Safety and Technology
The Haval H6 HEV features 7 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera with a panoramic view, fully automatic parking system, autonomous emergency braking, traffic jam assist, rear cross traffic alert, door opening warning, lane keep steering, electronic stability system, full speed adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning.
Powertrain
The Haval H6 HEV is powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol hybrid engine with a 1.75kWh battery, resulting in an impressive 179kW and 530Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 2-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission.
